The suit alleges Lil Cop, Usher, and Rapsody, as the alleged performers of the recordings infringated trademark registrations, copied copyright and publicity Rights as individuals from FADER to Cop to others. It was originally heard by an 11 week trial on July 29 before Judge Royce M. Langer of Federal District Court at Las Vegas Superior Court earlier yesterday and a settlement was reached today.

I guess FADER song and "Rage (Trial Version)," but still a total mess... But I think they finally have that final shot against this project. They do indeed want this music video for their solo album. And finally, I think the only thing to happen from all these rumours regarding these two things is (maybe) that some song will not work, some may not even start to record, since in such times, everyone who wishes for better things must act quickly as always...
